• Services availed through third-party affiliates or external partners listed on the Website are subject to the terms and policies of the respective third parties.

Refund Procedure:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery of the service, whichever is later.
• To initiate a refund, the User must contact the support team at support@paaswebtech.com or use the contact form available on the Website, providing full details of the service availed and the reasons for the refund request.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days of the refund request. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

Cancellation of Paid Services:

• If cancellation is made before the service begins, the User may be entitled to a full refund minus any administrative or transaction fees that may apply.
• Cancellations made after the commencement of a service or after availing part of the service may not be eligible for refunds.

Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

No Refund After Processing Stage:

Once an order for any report or service reaches the “processing” stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer), no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Before Execution:

• If the User intends to cancel an order before it is executed, they must contact customer care within 1 hour of making the payment.
• After this window, cancellation requests will be entertained at the sole discretion of the Website.
• Refunds for such cancellations will only be considered if the service has not yet been initiated.

No Refund for Technical Delays:

In cases of technical delays or glitches during report processing, refunds will not be provided.

The User agrees that all efforts will be made to meet approximate timelines, but these are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Data Provided by the User:

• No refunds shall be processed if the User provides incorrect information. It is the User's responsibility to carefully enter and verify information before submitting.
• However, if the User realizes a mistake within 1 hour of submitting, they may contact customer care to request a change.

Damaged Product Returns:

No refunds will be provided for the return of damaged products after delivery. The User accepts full responsibility for the product after delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, the User will be charged the full cost of the product, shipping, and any applicable customs fees, even if the product is returned.

Pro-Rata Refund for Subscription Services:

In the case of a delay in subscription service activation, a pro-rata refund may be considered. Any damage to the product during transit will be handled by the Website, and appropriate action will be taken.

Transaction Charges for Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any transaction charges levied by the Bank/Payment Gateway, shipping costs, customs duties, and any other charges incurred during the process.

Handling Server-Related Issues:

In cases where there are server-related issues like “slow down”, “failure”, or “session timeout” on the Website or Payment Gateway:

• If the User’s bank account is debited, they should not attempt to make a second payment and must contact customer care immediately to verify the payment status.
• If the account is not debited, the User can initiate a fresh transaction.

Refund for Multiple Payments:

In the event of multiple payments made for the same order, the Website will refund the excess amount in full without deducting transaction charges.
